Review film Enola Holmes

 

Enola Holmes" is a film released in 2020. This film is adapted from Daro's novel with the same title "Enola Holmes The Case of the Missing Marquess" written by Nancy Springer. The film “Enola Holmes” combines elements of adventure, mystery and an interesting Victorian era setting. The film received praise for Millie Bobby Brown's performance and was well received by audiences.

Enola Holmes, this film tells the story of Sherlock Holmes' intelligent and enthusiastic younger sister, discovering that her mother has disappeared. Instead of waiting for someone else's help, Enola decides to look for her mother herself. On his journey, he becomes a detective and uncovers a dangerous lie that is bigger than he imagined. This story is interesting because of Enola's unique character Enola is not just Sherlock's younger sister. 

She has a strong, intelligent and rebellious personality. She challenged the social norms of her time and showed that a woman could be a great detective. But in my opinion, this story is too long-winded, as Enola's scan tells the audience information about the situation at that time. And also, this film at the beginning tells about Enola who is looking for her mother, but at the end of Enola's scan, she actually helps the boy she meets as if the puzzle she was exploring from part one was useless. Except the boy helps Enola to solve all the puzzles. But in my opinion, it's good, it's good to watch, maybe I'll give this film a 7/10 rating. This film does have its advantages and disadvantages, but it is still an entertaining and inspiring show.
